About Me:

Welcome to my little corner of the internet!! To be honest, I feel like an old soul trapped in a young man's body at times, and I often feel a very out of place in our society.

I try to distance myself from social media as much as possible as I really can't stand the endless scrolling or the sea of AI slop. This is my own, quiet, corner of the web.

I've always wanted to build a site like this, and if you hang around long enough, the sky background and the clouds change dynamically based on the time of day! Eventually, I plan to add weather effects and a lo-fi player too!

When I'm offline, I'm usually retreating into older, cozy games like SimCity 4 and older Animal Crossing, or checking out vintage cameras. My most recent acquisition is a beautiful Olympus Pen F. It’s a half-frame camera, which means it exposes an 18x24mm image vertically onto standard 35mm film. Because the frame is cut in half, you essentially double your exposures—getting 72 portrait-oriented shots out of a standard 36-exposure roll!

• 📚 I love reading, particularly science non-fiction books. My favourite author/scientist is Carl Sagan.
• 🦉 Birdwatching on nature walks
• 🏕️ Unwinding with Animal Crossing or SimCity, or finding a quiet spot by the river to watch birds and listen to their songs.
• 🪴 Tending to my houseplants and growing succulents
• ☕ Brewing a warm cup of tea to accompany my reading or coding sessions
• 🌐 Exploring Neocities has quickly become one of my favourite things to do in my free time.
